Coronavirus - Read this if you need assistance

Now more than ever, it is essential that we can identify vulnerable people in our communities.

We realise that many people have already arranged additional support from friends and neighbours but we are concerned that some people may not have managed this yet. In order to ensure that everyone has the support they need, we would like to create a list of people who may need additional assistance during this uncertain time, we will match these people up with a volunteer so that a support network can be put in place to ensure that everyone has the essential items and help that they need.

The support could be something as simple as a daily phone call to ensure that the person concerned is well.

Please note. Information re vulnerable people will remain confidential between the Parish Council and the individuals who are matched. In the event of the support provider having to self-isolate we would provide a second match to the person in need of support to ensure that contact remains continuous.

No lists of vulnerable people will be issued to anyone at any time.
