Did you know, everyone can appeal against fines/charges even when it's a private car park?

POPLA (Parking on Private Land Appeals) popla.co.uk or

IAS (Independent Appeals Service) theias.org

Currently private car park firms are not allowed to charge more than £100 but under new rules due to come into force later in 2023 this will be capped at £50 (outside London).
